To test two-level country/cities selection first choose a country,
then the cities list of this country will be loaded. Such an approach will
save the traffic when only needed list of cities is loaded.
Lists of countries/cities can be fully customized.
Admin can choose two types of cities list: cities list with links like in this demo
or drop down menu like in demo here.
Two-level fields selection can be used for other ads fields, e.g.
first a maker can be chosen, then the models of this maker in other menu will be
loaded.
